Virtual Assistant Needed

   

I am looking for a virtual assistant.

I try to give really good customer service to my ebook customers.  I like to be able to respond to their emails within a few hours (12-18 hours at the most). But I am traveling more and more and that is becoming more difficult to do.

The majority of the work would be emailing attachments (ebooks) to customers who had problems downloading them from the website when they purchased them (as a side benefit you would get copies of my ebooks). Also, when a request for a refund comes in you would need to ask the customer for certain information so that refund can be processed.

I would most likely open up a separate gmail account and filter all the pertinent emails to that address that we would both have access to.

My ideal assistant would be someone who is already on the internet much of the day/night and could respond to emails pretty quickly. At this point you would likely receive about 100 emails a day but only about a dozen would need any action on them. Most could be deleted without even opening them.

Within the next few months some of my titles will be translated into Spanish so someone who is capable in giving customer service in written Spanish would be a big plus.

You would be paid on a contract basis of $200 a month.

If you have skills/experience in website marketing, article promotion, social networking, etc. there may be more work down the road.
