Please let us know the nature of the problem with your ebook order and we will strive to fix it right away.

The most common problem we hear about is that some customers are unable to download their ebooks or when they do, the format gets all messed up.  If that is the case, we can send the ebooks as attachments and that fixes the problem 99% of the time.

Since we travel quite frequently, the best way to get in touch with Michael Webb and his staff is via email.  We usually reply within the hour but of course we sleep and have errands to run so it could take up to 24 hours for a reply.
