| THE FURNITURE PLAN Now is the time where we begin to seriously think about the furniture placement in the house. There is no sense moving a heavy bed into 6 different locations in the room if you can figure out ahead of time the best placement for it. To help us visualize how various furniture arrangements would be in our rooms, we took our house plans and cut out scale models of all our pieces of furniture (see photo below). After we cut out all the pieces of furniture we began arranging them in the rooms. We tried out several arrangements before settling on what appeared best. Now we can give the movers a copy of the furniture plan so they know precisely where every piece will go. This is also a good idea to do when you are at the beginning of your house plan phase if you have any questions as to whether or not a room is too big or too small for your needs (and furniture). ************** Time Lapse Photos of the Construction
