~~~ From the Editor ~~~
Last week I had a little tip about warming up a towel in the dryer
when your sweetheart is taking a shower or bath. One of my readers
wrote to me explaining that her husband didnt think it would heat up
quick enough so it put it in the microwave. They soon smelled
smoke...
Have a gracious week. -- Michael
~~~ Contest ~~~
Thanks to all who entered last weeks contest.
From the correct entries, I chose Justine Wynn of Ojai, California
as the winner.
Go pick out a prize from the prize vault!
This weeks contest. My wife and I are avid travelers. Since we
want
to see much of the world we rarely vacation in the same place twice.
However, for one of our anniversaries we did go back to a place I
had
been to before. I wrote about it in the Romantic Getaway section of
my site. Hint: It is tropical.
Search TheRomantic.com and when you find the answer email it to me
at tipofweek@aol.com and put the answer in the subject line and your
name and location (city, state/country) in the message.
TheRomantic.com's ever growing PRIZE VAULT is filled with books,
several board games including Time for Two, An Enchanting
Evening and others, CDs, dance lessons and other fun stuff at

~~~ Tip of the Week ~~~
RAIN, RAIN DONT GO AWAY
by Michael Webb, Founder
http://www.TheRomantic.com/
In the northern hemisphere Spring is officially here. I can't wait
for those wonderful rainshowers that are accompanied with loud claps
of thunder.
Rain can be very depressing. It can also be extremely
refreshing. If rain puts you in the doldrums, consider trying out a
few of the ideas below to turn the stormy weather into a unique and
romantic experience.
* Take a walk together without an umbrella and stomp in the puddles.
* Make a cup of hot tea, hot chocolate or coffee and drink it with
biscotti or some other cookies.
* Play Scrabble or some other board game.
* Turn out all the lights, light candles and listen to some jazz or
soft music.
* Light a fire and sip brandy, your favorite liqueur or other drink.
* Bake cookies with your sweetheart.
* Make up stories (scary or not)
* Of course you can alway do some snuggling (clothing optional)
