~~~ From the Editor ~~~
Since I really enjoy cooking and Athena and I entertain a lot, we
thought we'd splurge at the new house and get a professional model
range.
But, I know of so many people who have these more expensive ranges
in their homes and never really use them. Are any of you in that
situation and would like to sell it and purchase a nice, but much
less expensive replacement?
We looking for a newer stainless professional model 36 or 48 inch
range. We prefer it to be dual fuel although we would settle for
all gas. If you have one you want to sell, shoot me an email with
the details.
Or if you work for an appliance company and want to cut me a
fantastic deal in exchange for some great publicity on my website (I
get over 30 million visits a year), let me know.
Speaking of the house, framing should be completed by the end of
this week. It is finally beginning to look like a "house" and we
can actually walk through the first two floors and get an idea of
what it will be like. Time lapse front elevation photos are here:
Have a rewarding week. -- Michael
I am often asked how Athena and I can have such a fantastic marriage
where we never fight and get along splendidly.
One of the secrets was asking each other a zillion questions while
we were courting to know if we were really compatible and then using
the answers to those questions to know how to build our relationship
once we were married.
I put together 1000 of the most important questions you should ask
someone you are interested in (or already married to). You can read
them here: http://www.theromantic.com/1000.htm
~~~ Contest ~~~
As most of you know, I am running a several week contest where I
post about 20 love poems each week that have already been submitted
for the contest (not accepting any more).
Each week, you subscribers will vote on your favorite in the new
batch. At the end of the contest I will put all the weekly winners
together and you will vote for your favorite among those. That
final winner will win a $100 Barnes and Noble gift certificate.
Each week the poem winner will win a trip to the prize vault as well
as one person from all those who cast a vote in that weeks contest.
Last week, the winning poem was "When Daytime Turns to Twilight". I
have posted the next 20 poems on the love poems page:
http://www.theromantic.com/love_poems/main.htm
Please pick your favorite from among the top 20 listed.
To vote (all who vote are entered into a drawing to win a weekly
prize too), send an e-mail to: tipofweek@aol.com and put "vote" in
the subject line and in the body of the email tell me your favorite.
TheRomantic.com's ever growing PRIZE VAULT is filled with books,

Lingerie Lunch
by Anonymous
http://www.TheRomantic.com/
I pack my husband's lunch everyday and one day I packed a special
surprise into his lunch! A pair of very sexy red underwear with a
note that said "Dessert comes later!"
My husband wasn't expecting anything like "that" in his lunch and
was unpacking his lunch in front of a customer! He pulled out the
underwear and says, "Look what I got in my lunch today!" with a big
smile on his face.
This customer thought the idea was so cool that he went home and
told his wife. Later that week the wife had a surprise for her
husband! It was the lunch lingerie that kept on giving!
