~~~ From the Editor ~~~
Newport, Rhode Island is now one of my new favorite places to visit
in the U.S.
A few months ago some well-traveled friends were visiting us and we
all shared our 5 favorite cities in the world. I thought I would
share my list with all of you. My top 5, in no particular order
(and the list does change from time to time depending on my mood).
1. Venice, Italy
2. Sydney, Australia
3. Capetown, South Africa
4. Salzburg, Austria
5. Bath, England
Have a memorable week. -- Michael
Women - You get Scammed all the Time!!
How are you to know if a guy is genuine and will make a great
husband
and father? We guys are VERY good at deceiving when we want to.
You could spend a year or two of serious courtship, asking a billion
questions or you could look for these very simple clues to decide
whether to punt him or keep him for the long haul.
~~~ Tip of the Week ~~~
PLAYING WITH YOUR FOOD
by Michael Webb
http://www.TheRomantic.com/
Food sure is fun. It is fun to eat and, despite what my mother
tried to teach me, it is fun to play with. Have you ever played
with your food? Try it, you might like it.
One particular fun food is the hearty toast and eggs. Take a slice
of bread and use a heart cookie cutter to take a hole out of the
center. Lightly toast both pieces. Scramble up an egg and just
when it begins to take some non-runny form, put the toast in the
skillet and place the eggs in the open heart of the bread for it
to finish cooking. Serve with grits, bacon or some other side dish.
You can alter the above idea for even a simple peanut butter and
jelly sandwich. Place the piece of bread with the heart cut out
on top of a whole slice. Does your lover like licorice? A message
written in licorice "string" might just brighten their day.
My mom knows I still play with my food, but now she gives her
approval.
