STAINED GLASS COOKIE Submitted by: Matilda Cohen Baking cookies costs well under twenty dollars. I use heart shaped cookie cutters on shortbread cookies (easy recipes found all over the net) and cut out a small hole in the center then place a red candy to melt in the center of the cookie (produces a stained glass effect). The results are tasty and very pretty. Wrapped in a heart shaped gift
basket easily procured at a one dollar store the gift is at once cost
effective and romantic.
