For our 1 year anniversary I wanted to give my boyfriend something really special. However, being a college student, I didn't have a lot of money to spend on him. 

So I made him a huge cookie shaped like a heart and then decorated it with our initials and put the date on it. The cookie ended up looking like something two love birds would carve in to a tree. 

My boyfriend loved it and we had fun talking about the things we had done together over the past year while we ate the cookie. All together I think the cookie cost me about $5.
