For one of our wedding anniversaries, my husband got up before I did (which is pretty unusual). After a while, I could smell bacon cooking. He told me to stay put, which I did, expecting a traditional breakfast in bed. Instead, when he was ready, he led me out of the room to our family room, where he had set up breakfast in front of the TV.

He turned on the TV, and to my surprise, the cartoon "Star Blazers" came on. "Star Blazers" is a cartoon that we both enjoyed during childhood and that we had discussed from time to time. He had found and purchased a tape of it for our anniversary. Of our 10 years of marriage, this has been my favorite anniversary so far, because of the creativity and thoughtfulness involved.
