My guy works the night shift so he usually crashes about a half an hour before I wake up to start my work.  But last week, for no reason, he woke me up with a kiss.  He asked me if I was hungry, and before I could answer, He came back with a cup of juice.  When I finished the juice, he left again and came back with wakme soup.  When I finished the soup, he left and came back with  a cup of green tea and a bowl of vegetable rice cream mash, a typical Japanese way to cook rice that's a bit old.  As I was eating the rice mash, I noticed he had cut all the carrots into little heart shapes!!!!  Then he procured an orange, pre-peeled and broken into wedges, for dessert. 

It was the sweetest gesture and I felt like I had been served several courses and had had a feast.  The best part is he totally respected my diet and served all fat free foods and nutritious fruits and veggies even though he would rather die than eat them himself!!
