I was in college and dating this beautiful young lady and it was her birthday.  She had a class in the morning so while she was in class I spread rose petals all over the bed and the floor, turned down the lights, turned on a classical CD and then right before she arrived I lit dozens of candles all throughout the room.

She got dressed into her bed clothes, crawled in bed and I served her homemade cheese blintz.  I had these very cute little bowls that I put toppings into, powdered sugar, sour cream, cinnamon and sugar, and in the last bowl fresh strawberries that I crushed and added a little bit of sugar to.  She absolutely loved it and said they were the best blintz's she had ever had, homemade or in restaurants.
