Some folks might not be excited about ice cream but I am. My husband had run to the grocery store for some last minute dinner needs and returned quickly. After dinner and putting the boys to bed we were watching the news when he disappeared quietly and returned with a pint of Haagen-Daas ice cream with caramel and chocolate chunks and one spoon. He sat down closely to me and entwined our legs as he fed me ever other scoop from the pint.

 

To me, that act said, "I thought about doing something nice for you ahead of time, I planned it, I patiently waited for the right moment, and then shared it with you." I think that is pure romance!
