My husband and I have a rather large extended family, and not everyone can "afford" to buy each person a present.  So for the adults, we came up with the idea that rather than exchange presents with each other, we'd exchange ornaments instead. 

 

But the catch is they have to be HOMEMADE and cannot be store bought.  And part of the fun is seeing what kinds of ornaments others will come up with.  Even those who think they aren't "creative" come up with some great ones!

 

This way, everyone will receive more than one new and special ornament each year to add to their own family collection!
