IMAGINARY TENNIS DATE submitted by: Rese Ammons
My husband and I
started dating in Tech School in the Air Force. Because of
restrictions we had at the time, we were not able to get off base
for much so we had to come up with things to do on base.
Our First Date
we went to a place on base to eat and then walked around for a bit.
It was dark by this time. We stopped by a tennis court and played
tennis. However, we didn't have a ball or racquets. It was quite
funny to see, I'm sure: two people hitting an imaginary ball with
imaginary racquets. But it was so much fun. And when we think about
it, it reminds us how much fun we can have when there's little money
or no where to go.
