THE FLOWERS THAT KEEP COMING submitted by Shannon Rasmussen My husband (then boyfriend) started a tradition when we started dating. Every time he picks me up at the airport, he brings a dozen roses. Of course, the first time, he didn't realize how much I travel. And after a few times, it became a tradition, so he couldn't stop! Since he started, I have received over 25 dozen roses. I have dried every single rose, and
so now I have hundreds of dried roses. I have used the roses in many ways
over time: We used some of the petals for our flower girl to spread at our
wedding. I used some of the roses on some of the birdhouses we decorated
with at our wedding. I have a "love wreath" that I made out of the dried
