Romantic Ideas With Food

OLYMPIC GOLD

My romantic idea with food occurred in the evening of the Opening Ceremonies for the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

My hubbie and I were having a date night to order in pizza and watch the opening ceremonies. To make the evening extra special, I had baked him a cake for dessert. 

I baked his favorite chocolate cake, then decorated it with the Olympic rings along with a picture of a guy standing on the gold medal platform and message that read " You win the gold - #1 Husband". 

He loved it...we enjoyed eating this cake over the remaining days of the Olympics, and it was a nice reminder to my husband of what a winner he is in my heart!
