Some time ago, I had been experienced some heart pains. My doctor ran all  the required tests and determined that my heart was fine. But as a precaution he suggested that I keep three nitro pills available. If I had any pain, I am to take one pill and wait ten minutes. If there is still pain, he told me to repeat the process till all three pills were used up. If the pain continued I am to go to the hospital.

So, my husband had a locket made up in the shape of a heart and big enough to hold the three pills. On the front of the locket are three diamonds set in the gold. I wear it everyday to remind me of my husband and the pills are kept close to my heart.
