1ST  ANNIVERSARY TEDDY BEAR

For our first anniversary, my husband, Doug, gave me a stuffed teddy bear. Bears have always been a favorite animal of his and he wanted me to have a very pretty little white one with a red bowtie ribbon and a red heart on his chest. 

He said this bear would always remind me of how much he loved me. I was delighted with the bear but naturally somewhat disappointed, until in the bears ears shone a perfect pair of 1/4 carat diamond studs! 

From then on I realized wrapping a gift was too easy for my creative husband, and now I am aware of what looks very simple usually contains some wonderful prize!
