Plan a special evening to help keep the spark in your relationship. Find that special piece of lingerie and find a garter that will match. Then send him a couple of helium filled balloons in a box so that when he opens the box the balloons float up and attached to the strings is the garter and a note that says if he can figure out what else goes with it he will get a special surprise. 

It works really well for a birthday, anniversary or just to help keep that spark going. I have used it many times and he loves it more each time.
