31 FLAVORS OF LOVE

My fiancé lived in Mongolia, while I lived in the US. This made romance a little challenging, but never boring! To celebrate the first anniversary of the day and month we met, I sent him a box with 31 envelopes in it. 

For every day in the month of October, he had a different envelope to open. Each envelope was decorated differently. Each had something different inside. Some were silly--some dirt from my yard, glitter, a dime. Some were spiritual--a Scripture, a prayer. Some were very romantic--a lock of my hair, a love letter, a piece of poetry. 

It has been two years since then, and he still says that that was one of the best things I ever gave him. It was a month long celebration of our love! He still has all those envelopes and all the little presents.
