SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR JANUARY 1 Submitted by Stéphanie Bujon I prepared a wonderful high-tea for the 1st of January.
I thought we wouldn't be hungry for breakfast or lunch, so I prepared bagels, muffins, marinated salmon, and a lot of things to eat for a high-tea. Then I decorated the table with candles, beautiful tablecloth and tableware, and I put a "forbidden before year 2000" sign on the door ! Our high-tea was really romantic, and it's quite cheaper than a normal dinner or special lunch.
