Boiled Cookies:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp of cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
3 cups 1 min Oatmeal (have found that the Wedding Crystals work best)
Place first 4 ingredients in to a non-stick boiler and blend together
place on eye of stove and stir continuously. When mixture begins to boil
time it
for 1 MINUTE ONLY THEN REMOVE FROM STOVE! Very important to only boil
for 1 minute exactly or else they will be too hard!!!!!!
After removing from eye blend in last 3 ingredients and stir well....
spoon out onto wax paper in small cookie piles should be approximately
24 cookies
depending on the size u spoon out. Set aside and let cool... should be
ready to eat in approximately 2 hours. You can place cookies in freezer
to cool
quicker.
