After a week or so of arguing over the correct way to sand the drywall, my wife and I had just finished the second coat of paint in our newly finished basement. With the kids away at grandma's house we decided to use up the rest of the bucket on each other.  Under the hot halogen lights, we disrobed an took turns being a bit creative with a paintbrush and roller.

Who says "all good things must come to an end?"  We extended ours by cleaning up our mess.  You know you can't expect that your partner will be able to clean those hard-to-reach spots. 

It was the first time in a week that we totally focused on each other and forgot about the project.
