Two years ago for Valentine's Day I decided candy and roses was getting old.  So, I decided to make something.  I took "our" song, which happens to be "My Valentine" by Jim Brickman and Martina McBride, and took sound clips from her favorites movies saying romantic things and laid them over the music.   She loved it.
