THE CANDLE CEREMONY Submitted by: Shannon Yankowy To make a wedding special try a candle ceremony. Have a candle stand by the two benches where the parents of the bride and of the groom are sitting. Have the bride take a taper candle, and light her candle from her parents' candle. Have the groom do the same from his parents' candle. Have the bride and groom light a candle of their own from the two that they lit from their parents'. This will signify how our families help us prepare for our relationships, and help us contribute their morals to our future families.
