POISONING THE RELATIONSHIP

My long-term boyfriend of 4 years picked up on
the fact that I was almost out of my favorite perfume. For
Valentine's day, he decided that he would
surprise me with a NEW perfume, instead of my tried and true favorite.
When I felt the package, I knew it was perfume, and I thanked him for
being so observant and fulfilling my needs, as I opened the wrapping.
As I did, he commented that it wasn't my old one, but he saw this
perfume and really wanted me to have it; it made him think of me.
Imagine my surprise when I realized it was a huge bottle of
"Poison." The relationship didn't last much longer.
