My fiance is so unromantic; romance could slap him in the face and he still wouldn't have a clue what was happening.  I've been disappointed so many times it's not even funny.  When we first met it was around Christmas and we had only known each other for a week but when we talked on the phone he asked me what did I want him to get me for Christmas and me being womanly modest replied, "You don't have to get me anything."  Boy, did he heed!

The second Christmas we were together and had gotten to know each other a little better he realized that I was really into flowers, plants and gardening.  So trying to use his head this time, what did he come up with? . . . The miniature Chia herb garden.  I was so pissed on the inside I had to keep reminding myself 'It's the thought that counts.'
